The Jewish Court Case against RTTL - Return to the Land - an American Orania - Jan's Comments

This is a case that I'm going to be following extremely closely. This is a very important case.
The Jews moved in on this one using American Civil Rights Law, namely the Fair Housing Act. This makes it a crime to deny the sale of any property to anyone on the base of race, gender, etc. That is the crux of the Jewish case against RTTL.
Now RTTL has got a special structure, sort of like Orania in South Africa. But how American Law works, may be different. Orania itself is somewhat different. That's a more complex story.
In May 2026, the Jews filed a case against RTTL. But in early August 2026, the RTTL people submitted their reply. They made a motion to dismiss this case on the basis of jurisdiction.
The Jewish side has asked for an extension because of additional information that was brought in.
It's going to be very interesting to see how the motion to dismiss develops in the weeks ahead.
